Scrap Buyer

Aim at the scrap buyer and press E to work on your order or sell any scrap he buys. Payment goes to buyer.payoutAccount.

#Demand

Every item has its own demand, shared by all players and saved in the database. The buyer pays at most market.maxShare of the item's price. Every piece sold outside an order lowers that share by market.dropPerSale, and it recovers by market.recoverPerHour.

When demand falls below market.minShare, he stops buying the item until it recovers to market.reopenShare.

#Orders

Each character has an order for orderSize different items, picked from items with a wanted range. Rarer or more valuable items use a lower weight, so they appear less often.

Pieces delivered toward the order are paid at full price and do not affect demand. Anything beyond the order sells at the current demand. Orders reroll every rerollMinutes, on each character's own timer, whether or not they were delivered.

Items without wanted, such as glass and wood by default, are bought but never ordered.
